All sessions are conducted virtually through a secure telehealth platform for clients located in South Carolina.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and discuss what brings you to therapy. We will talk about your goals, explore relevant history, and begin identifying the direction that will be most helpful moving forward.

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and the concerns you would like to address. Some clients attend for a shorter period focused on a specific issue, while others continue longer to support ongoing growth and relationship health..
